Privacy Policy

Last updated 27 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Cyber Ammo (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects when you visit or shop on this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to Cyber-Ammo.com, registered at Odaplein 65, 5492 BL Sint-Oedenrode, the Netherlands.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and order details when you place an order, contact support, sign up for a back-in-stock alert, or apply to become a partner. We also collect limited technical information automatically — such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited — via standard server logs and cookies.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process and fulfil orders, communicate with you about your order or support request, prevent fraud, improve the site, and — only where you’ve opted in — send back-in-stock notifications or partnership follow-ups. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Payment Processing

Payments are handled by third-party payment processors (which may include card processors, PayPal, and cryptocurrency payment gateways). We do not store your full card number or crypto wallet private keys on our servers. Each payment processor has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your payment data, and by choosing a payment method you also agree to that processor’s terms.

Cookies

This site uses cookies required for core functionality (such as keeping items in your cart and keeping you signed in) and may use additional cookies for analytics. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some site features may not work correctly without them.

Sharing Your Information

We share information only as needed to run the store: with shipping carriers to deliver your order, with payment processors to complete transactions, and with service providers who help us operate the site (such as hosting and email delivery). We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data Retention

We retain order and account information for as long as needed to fulfil orders, comply with tax/accounting obligations, and resolve disputes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. If you are in the European Economic Area, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

International Transfers

We ship and operate worldwide, which means your information may be processed in a country other than your own. Where required, we take steps to ensure such transfers are protected in accordance with applicable data protection law.

Children’s Privacy

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable law to consent to data processing.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Discord login and our Discord server

If you sign in with Discord, we receive your Discord user ID, username, display name, avatar and, only if Discord has verified it, the email address on your Discord account. We use these to create or sign in to your shop account and link it to your Discord account. When you sign in, you can also let us add you to our Discord server (Discord shows this as “Join servers for you”); the sign-in token is used once for that and is not stored.

Our Discord bot (Cyber-Ammo BOT) runs only in our own Discord server. When your accounts are linked, it uses your Discord user ID and your order numbers and statuses to give you the customer role, let you post one verified review per paid order, show you your orders with /orders, and send you shipping updates and, a few days after delivery, a reminder to leave a vouch by direct message (the reminder has a button to turn it off). Because firmware is delivered on Discord, our website asks the bot whether your account is in our server before a firmware order; only a yes or no is passed back.

When you buy firmware, the bot opens a private ticket for your order that only you, our firmware team and our staff can see. Its short form asks for your order number, DMA card type, DNA ID, motherboard and CPU; we fill in what we already know from your order, and keep your answers to deliver and support your firmware and to pre-fill your next firmware order.

When you open a support or firmware ticket, the bot keeps a transcript of that conversation (messages and attachments) so we can handle order, warranty and refund questions. Transcripts and firmware form answers are visible only to our staff and firmware team and are deleted after 180 days. To protect members from scams, the bot compares new and changed member names with our staff members’ names; names are not stored unless a warning is raised for our moderators.

When you click “I agree to the rules” in our Discord server, we save your Discord user ID, username and the time, as a record that you agreed.

This data is stored on our own server. We never sell it or use it for advertising. To have your Discord data deleted, contact us or open a ticket.

To stop spam, partner applications also store your Discord account if you applied with it and a one-way scrambled version of your network address, which cannot be turned back into the address.
