These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and any purchase made through it, operated by Cyber-Ammo.com (“Cyber Ammo”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order or otherwise using this site, you agree to these Terms.

Products & Orders

We make reasonable efforts to describe our products accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability, in which case any payment already taken will be refunded.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice until an order is placed. Payment must be received in full before an order ships. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout and may include card payments, PayPal, and select cryptocurrencies; cryptocurrency payments are generally non-reversible once confirmed on-chain.

Returns & Refunds

Lawful Use

Our products are sold for lawful use only. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of any product or firmware purchased from us complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, as well as any third-party terms of service, end-user license agreements, or platform rules that may apply to how you use the product. We make no representation or warranty that any product is compatible with, undetectable by, or permitted under any particular third-party software, platform, or anti-cheat system, and we expressly disclaim any liability arising from a violation of third-party terms.

Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, hardware is covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for the period stated at the time of purchase. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and product designs — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.

Community Conduct

Our Discord community and support channels are provided as a courtesy. We reserve the right to remove access for abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive behaviour.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Discord community

Our Discord server is part of our customer support, and using it also means following Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Our staff will never ask you for payment in direct messages: orders are placed only on cyber-ammo.com. Reviews posted with /vouch must be honest and about your own purchase; we may remove reviews or roles that break these rules. Support tickets with no reply from the customer are closed automatically after two reminders.

Firmware is delivered in a private ticket on our Discord server, so firmware orders need a Discord account and membership in our server. If you leave the server before delivery, rejoin and the bot adds you back to your ticket.
